Which devices does the app work on?

Both iPhone and Android - download free from the Apple Store or Google Play, then sign in to your plan.

Can I switch between Essentials and Complete?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan at any time as your goals change.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

No - your programme is built around what you have, whether that's a full gym or just your living room and some kettlebells.

How quickly do I get my plan?

For the Essentials plan, you'll be set up and training shortly after signing up with your programme ready in the app. For the Complete plan, Ellis will be contact about your personalised programme and nutrition plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, plans are flexible and you can cancel whenever you need.
